Originally planned as a full in-person event, Sofia’s 🔥 extreme summer heat 🔥 challenged us to switch things up — and the team made it work in hybrid mode like true pros! 💻🤝🏽

From planning to delivery, this was their first taste of preparing and guiding a session — and they nailed it. 💪

This is just the beginning: over the next months, our ESC crew will continue to develop and lead more youth-focused workshops to build skills, spark ideas, and create safe spaces for growth. 🌱✨
