After successfully completing her online preparation phase, Lara Strbac has officially arrived in Sofia to begin the on-site part of her internship with ICDET! 🇧🇬✨

Over the past weeks, Lara has been working remotely on topics related to HR, youth development, and wellbeing support for international interns and volunteers. She explored how organizations can create supportive environments, analyzed onboarding experiences, and even started developing a wellbeing check-in system that can help improve intern support at ICDET. Now the real adventure begins! During her time in Sofia, Lara will: • Work closely with our team on HR coordination • Support intern onboarding and wellbeing initiatives • Contribute to improving HR tools and processes • Gain hands-on experience in youth development and international project environments We’re excited to have her with us on-site and can’t wait to see the ideas and energy she brings to the team.
