Day 2 at THE SP@CE – When Generations Build Together

Today was all about mixed-age startup collaboration — and the insights were real. Our adult educators stepped into observation mode, analyzing how young people and adults work side by side on developing startup ideas. But this wasn’t passive watching. It was structured reflection on: ๐Ÿ”น Communication between generations ๐Ÿ”น Mentorship roles (including reverse mentorship ๐Ÿ‘€) ๐Ÿ”น Team dynamics under pressure ๐Ÿ”น Motivation and engagement styles What stood out? Different speeds. Different risk tolerance. Different communication styles. And yet — when structured properly — powerful synergy. Later in the day, we explored the methodology behind it all: Learning by Doing. Entrepreneurship education doesn’t live in slides. It lives in testing, adapting, reflecting, and repeating. We discussed how adults learn best through practical challenges, real responsibilities, and measurable action — not theory overload. The biggest takeaway from today? Intergenerational collaboration isn’t automatic. It needs structure, clarity, and mutual respect. But when it works, it transforms the learning space. We’re building more than startup ideas this week — we’re building new perspectives on adult education. ๐Ÿ’ก✨ https://www.facebook.com/media/set?vanity=icdet.eu&set=a.1376698267817642
