Today we explored how technology can support adult entrepreneurship learning — not as an extra tool, but as part of the learning ecosystem.
The morning focused on how digital platforms are used in THE SP@CE to support:
๐น Distance learning
๐น Blended education models
๐น Online collaboration between teams
๐น Digital mentoring and feedback
Participants analyzed how digital tools help structure the entrepreneurial process, from tracking tasks and documenting validation to supporting continuous communication between mentors and teams.
But the real challenge came later in the Practical Creation Lab. Instead of watching demonstrations, participants had to design their own digital ecosystem for a 4-week adult entrepreneurship programme.
Working in small groups, they built systems including:
✔ Online session structures
✔ Collaboration platforms
✔ Mentoring processes
✔ Feedback and evaluation methods
✔ Strategies to make technology accessible for adult learners
The discussion quickly moved beyond tools and into deeper questions:
How simple should a digital system be?
How do we avoid platform overload?
How do we support adults who feel insecure with technology?
One thing became clear — technology only works in adult education when it supports accountability, clarity, and real progress, not when it adds complexity.
Another productive day at THE SP@CE where ideas moved from observation to design and practical application.
Today at day 4 we continue with startup idea validation and the psychology of adult entrepreneurship. Stay tuned! ๐
