Today our focus shifted to one of the most critical moments in entrepreneurship: startup idea validation.
Participants explored how ICDET and THE SP@CE approach validation not as a final step, but as something that begins immediately after an idea is born. Instead of asking “Is this idea good?”, the real question becomes: “Who will pay for it and how do we know?”
During the morning session, teachers analyzed how validation works in practice:
๐น Identifying real customer problems
๐น Simplifying business models to the essentials
๐น Testing assumptions through direct feedback
๐น Learning to ask the right questions during mentoring
But validation is not only about methods — it is also about mindset.
In the interactive session on Entrepreneurship for Adult Learners, participants discussed some of the biggest psychological barriers adults face when entering entrepreneurship:
๐ก Motivation and personal drivers
⚠ Fear of failure and risk perception
๐ช Building confidence through small wins
๐ Developing a lifelong learning mindset
One of the key reflections from today was that entrepreneurship education for adults is not just about teaching business tools. It is about creating environments where people feel safe to test ideas, learn from mistakes, and grow through action.
With one more day to go, the programme is now moving toward reflection, future cooperation, and exploring new opportunities for collaboration across institutions. ๐✨
