Day 5 at THE SP@CE – From Learning to Future Cooperation

The final day of our job shadowing programme was dedicated to reflection, networking, and building future cooperation. After an intensive week exploring entrepreneurship education, intergenerational collaboration, digital learning ecosystems, and startup validation, participants took time to reflect on their key learning outcomes and professional growth. The reflection workshop allowed everyone to identify the methodologies that had the strongest impact and consider how these practices could be adapted within their own institutions. The conversation then moved toward the future. During the Future Cooperation & Networking Session, participants explored opportunities for continued collaboration through: 🤝 Potential Erasmus+ project partnerships 📚 Institutional cooperation and staff exchanges 💡 Sharing good practices between organizations We also discussed how educational and entrepreneurship initiatives can be supported through European programmes as well as national and local funding opportunities, including examples from Turkey and other participating countries. The programme concluded with a closing session, where achievements were summarized, certificates were awarded, and the week ended with a group photo to mark the beginning of new professional connections. This mobility was more than a training experience — it was a space for dialogue, experimentation, and building partnerships that can lead to future European projects and educational innovation.
