This week core workshop was all about stepping outside our own perspective and truly understanding what it means to live, work, and connect across cultures.
Led by Álvaro and Sahil, the session explored cultural differences, stereotypes, communication styles, and the very real experience of culture shock that comes with international mobility. Through interactive activities and honest discussions, participants reflected on their own cultural identities while learning how to navigate unfamiliar environments with empathy and awareness.
From decoding behaviors to challenging assumptions, this workshop created a space where diversity wasn’t just discussed — it was experienced.
