NovaPlay – End of Week 1 in Sofia

The first week in Sofia has come to an end for the NovaPlay trainees — Laura, Judith, Ivan, Saray, Miquel, Marc, and Daniel. During this initial week, the group began their physical traineeship phase coordinated by ICDET and hosted by a Bulgarian partner company, settling into their working environment, getting familiar with the projects, and starting their collaboration with the teams in Sofia. The week focused on orientation, teamwork, and understanding the development activities they will contribute to during their stay. It was also a great opportunity for the trainees to connect with each other, exchange ideas, and start building their international working experience.
