This week Alvaro and Michele stepped into a completely different level of responsibility during the JS AdultPreneur Lab mobility ๐
Not as assistants. Not as observers.
But as youth representatives and co-facilitators working alongside experienced adult educators.
They brought the youth entrepreneurial mindset into the room — digital fluency, execution focus, direct questioning, and that “let’s actually test it” energy.
Throughout the week, they:
• Facilitated and co-led interactive sessions
• Challenged ideas while protecting psychological safety
• Managed discussions with experienced professionals
• Stress-tested business and ecosystem concepts
• Represented the generational perspective in real time
They practiced authority without ego, confidence without dominance, and structure under pressure. And that’s a serious skill.
This mobility wasn’t about theory. It was about showing that intergenerational collaboration actually works — when youth are trusted as equal contributors.
Proud of how they held their space, stayed professional, and proved that leadership is not about age — it’s about mindset.
