Yesterday, as part of the celebration of 6 May – St. George’s Day and the Day of Courage and the Bulgarian Army, participants joined our workshop “COURAGE & SECURITY: From St. George to Europe Today” together with a creative LEGO Lab focused on teamwork, problem-solving, and innovation.
💬 During the workshop, participants explored:
🛡️ modern security and cooperation in Europe
🌍 the meaning of courage in today’s society
🤝 teamwork, communication, and responsibility
🇪🇺 how Erasmus+ supports active citizenship and intercultural understanding
Meanwhile, in the LEGO Lab, participants worked collaboratively to finalize a unique hybrid rescue vehicle system, combining ideas inspired by:
🚒 a fire truck
🌊 an explorer submarine
🚁 a helicopter
✨ The challenge encouraged participants to think creatively about emergency response, safety, and innovation while developing key competences such as:
💡 problem-solving
🤝 collaboration
🧠 critical thinking
🗣️ communication
The activities showed that courage today is not only about history — it is also about:
