Yesterday, we came together to explore something that shapes all of our futures — work, rights, and opportunities in Europe.
As we approach 1 May – International Workers’ Day, this workshop, facilitated by Nazia and Melika, focused on understanding:
⚖️ What workers’ rights really mean
🇪🇺 How the European Union protects them
🚀 How young people can prepare for their future careers
Participants didn’t just listen — they analyzed real-life scenarios, discussed challenges, and explored what fair work actually looks like today.
💡 From contracts and working conditions to skills and opportunities through Erasmus+, the session connected past struggles with today’s reality — and tomorrow’s possibilities.
